MOVEmber Challenge 2019

However you are taking on MOVEmber…..going on a brisk 30 min. walk, doing planks, squats or kicking’ it HIIT-style, a stable pelvis is a must! If your pelvic stability is compromised, this can affect how your surrounding muscles activate and support you. If you hips rock up and down, even as you walk, this can cause a shearing force in the lumbar spine that can cause dysfunction, pain and inflammation.

Gluteus medius to the rescue! Activating and strengthening this muscle can be a game changer whatever level you are at.
